The High School, College & Beyond program is designed to support female athletes through every stage of their golf journey — from high school development and college recruiting, through college, and into life after competitive play. This program is built on the belief that opportunity should be mutual: athletes gain access, support, and guidance, while giving back through leadership, mentorship, and community involvement.

High school athletes support Carolina ForeHER’s junior sessions by volunteering as leaders and role models for younger girls. Through this experience, they build confidence, communication skills, and a deeper understanding of the game while giving back to the community. In return, participants receive free college recruiting support, including guidance, education, and mentorship to help them navigate the recruiting process with clarity and confidence.

While in college, athletes remain connected to the ForeHER Foundation through ongoing support and development opportunities. Through our partnerships, participants gain access to internships and professional experiences that help them explore career interests and build skills beyond sport. This phase of the program is designed to support athletes as whole people, preparing them for life during and after college athletics.

After graduation, athletes have clear pathways to stay involved in the game. Participants can become coaches with Carolina ForeHER, continuing to mentor the next generation of players and support women from the community learn the game. They can also join the College Girls Alumni Network, connecting with former college golfers in their area to play, compete, and take part in alumni games and tournaments that keep competition and community alive.
